These terms govern your use of hostmetry.com, operated by Hostmetry (“Hostmetry”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. The Hostmetry platform itself will be offered under separate terms when it launches.

1. Using this website

You agree not to:

• send opt-out requests for networks you are not responsible for;
• overload the site or interfere with its operation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure. Security research is welcome — report findings to security@hostmetry.com (see security.txt).

Use of Hostmetry data, now and after launch, is also subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Content and trademarks

The site, its text, design and the Hostmetry name and logo belong to us. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution. Sample data shown on the site is illustrative and uses documentation address ranges.

3. Plans and launch

Descriptions of the platform, its features and the launch date are statements of intent and may change.

4. No warranty

The site and any information on it are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
